ACCOMMODATIONS
With growing interest in Calibrate camps, accommodations are in high demand. To create a fair and efficient booking process, we have implemented a lottery system for the 2025 Calibrate Accommodation Bookings.
Lottery Sign-up
Youth Pastors can enter the lottery by clicking the sign-up button below. The sign-up period is open until April 14th.
Confirmation Email
Two weeks before booking day, you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned booking time slot(s) and your position in the lottery order (e.g., 2/10). This email will also include a link to the registration form(s).
Booking Day – April 29th
On April 29th, you will have the opportunity to secure accommodations for your youth group during your designated time slot(s). We encourage you to mark this date in your calendar.

Worship
Nick Romain is the Youth Pastor at Hope City Church in Edmonton, Alberta. He’s passionate about creating a welcoming, authentic space where students can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. With a heart for discipleship and a genuine passion for people, Nick is all about helping young people take real steps in their walk with God.
Debbie Okaka is a worship leader and product designer, serving as the Worship Director at Stone Church Toronto. She’s passionate about the idea of worshipping Jesus with our whole lives and growing through spiritual formation. When she’s not leading worship, you’ll probably find her designing digital experiences, running, experimenting with new recipes, or trying (and mostly failing) to finish her reading goal for this year.
