BREAKOUTS

11:00AM - 12:00PM
FOCUSED ON ME
In ministry, it’s easy to pour out without taking time to be poured into. This breakout is a space to refocus on your own health—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Discover rhythms and practices that lead to longevity and wholeness in leadership. You can’t lead well if you’re running on empty—this is your invitation to fill up.

FOCUSED ON THEIR BIG QUESTIONS
Today’s generation is wrestling with some of the biggest and boldest questions ever asked—about God, suffering, identity, and now even AI. This breakout will equip you to meet students where they are, with truth and grace. Learn how to create safe spaces for honest conversations and respond with both wisdom and love.

FOCUSED ON PRODUCTIVITY
Do you feel like there’s never enough time—but always too much to do? This session will shift your focus from just managing your time to managing your energy. Learn practical tips, hacks, and small habit shifts that can boost your focus, reduce burnout, and help you lead with greater intention and impact.
FOCUSED ON BOUNDARIES
*PASTOR/MAIN LEADER ONLY*
Leadership without boundaries is a fast track to burnout. This breakout is a candid space for pastors and primary leaders to reflect on what it takes to lead with integrity over the long haul. We'll talk about building healthy guardrails that protect your time, your character, and your calling—especially when you're feeling tired, stretched, or vulnerable. Because lasting impact requires more than passion—it requires wisdom, margin, and intentionality.

12:45PM - 1:45PM
COMING SOON
*CHILDREN'S MINISTRY LEADERS*
Stay tuned for a breakout designed specifically for leaders serving in children's ministry.

FOCUSED ON THE ROOM
*JR. HIGH MINISTRY LEADERS*
Jr. High ministry can sometimes feel unpredictable—and let’s be honest, a little chaotic. As leaders, we have to be quick on our feet and be ready to pivot at any moment.
This session will help you focus on creating consistent, Christ-centred environments where students feel seen, safe, and spiritually challenged. Learn how to lead effective small groups that offer stability, discipline, and order in Jr. High ministry environments.

FOCUSED ON DISCIPLE-MAKING
*SR. HIGH MINISTRY LEADERS*
Sr. High students are busier, more distracted, and showing up less consistently than ever. So how do we still make meaningful discipleship happen? This breakout will explore how to maximize limited time with students, build intentional relationships, and create a culture where discipleship goes beyond attendance and into everyday life.

FOCUSED ON INTEGRITY
*YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY LEADERS*
Young adults are navigating a culture of blurred lines, moral relativism, and constant pressure to compromise. In this session, we’ll discuss how to lead your YA community toward lives of character, consistency, and integrity. Discover practical ways to model and teach integrity—not as a rule, but as a reflection of following Jesus in every area of life.

FOCUSED ON LEADERS & VOLUNTEERS
*PASTOR/MAIN LEADER ONLY*
Ministry isn’t a solo mission—it thrives on the strength of your team. But how do you find, equip, and keep great people around you? This breakout is for Pastors/Main Leaders who want to sharpen their approach to recruiting, developing, and retaining leaders who share the vision and help carry the weight of ministry.

2:00PM - 3:00PM

*CHILDREN'S MINISTRY LEADERS*
Stay tuned for a breakout designed specifically for leaders serving in children's ministry.

FOCUSED ON CHRIST-CENTRED COMMUNITY
*JR. HIGH MINISTRY LEADERS*
How do we build a culture of community that is focused on Jesus in the midst of this crazy, wild, confusing demographic that is often a struggle to manage well? This session will explore how to create environments where students feel connected to each other and anchored in Jesus. Learn how to move beyond just managing the room and start shaping a culture where Christ is at the centre of it all.

FOCUSED ON LIFE AFTER H.S.
*SR. HIGH MINISTRY LEADERS*
Questions, doubts, and pressures of adult life begin to build up in this demographic. How can we help our students not only survive but also thrive in a secular world?
This breakout will offer strategies for equipping Sr. High students to own their faith, engage culture with confidence, and walk boldly into life after high school with Jesus at the centre.

FOCUSED ON INTENTIONAL
YA MINISTRY
*YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY LEADERS*
Young Adult ministry isn’t just a continuation of Sr. High—it’s a distinct calling. In this session, we’ll unpack the why behind YA ministry and define what makes it unique. What’s the end goal? What are young adults really searching for? Let’s talk about purpose, spiritual formation, and how to build a ministry that moves young adults toward lasting faith and lifelong mission.

FOCUSED ON MY FAMILY
*PASTOR/MAIN LEADER ONLY*
The demands of ministry are constant, but your first calling isn’t to your calendar, it’s to your family. In this breakout for Pastors/Main Leaders, we’ll wrestle with what it means to lead your home well while leading the church. Is it possible to prioritize your spouse and kids without losing momentum in ministry? Let’s explore how to protect what matters most, and model what it looks like to lead with integrity at home and in the church.
