With growing interest in Calibrate camps, accommodations are in high demand. To create a fair and efficient booking process, we have implemented a lottery system for the 2025 Calibrate Accommodation Bookings.
Lottery Sign-up
Youth Pastors can enter the lottery by clicking the sign-up
button below. The sign-up period is open until April 14th.​

Confirmation Email
Two weeks before booking day, you will receive a confirmation
email with your assigned booking time slot(s) and your position
in the lottery order (e.g., 2/10). This email will also include
a link to the registration form(s).​

On April 29th, you will have the opportunity to secure accommodations for your youth group during your designated time slot(s). We encourage you to mark this date in your calendar.
